Payments Optimization

E-commerce businesses are constantly dealing with the problems of cross-bank money transfer time & fees and delayed chargeback for Merchants. TIPO provides our users with 100% online payment methods which enable fast and immediate transactions, even during weekends or holidays. Additionally, TIPO does not hold Merchants funds for a long period of time. Merchants will receive the money as long as Customer completes the transaction. Furthermore, TIPO internal payment method, which is TPO Tokens, will be used as a medium of Payment and Deposit, Rewards and Incentives.

Token Sales Detail:

• TIPO (code: TPO) is a fully ERC-20 compliant Ethereum utility token.
• Total number of TPO Tokens that will be generated during the token Generation Event (TGE): 300,000,000 TPO.
• 150,000,000 TPO Token will be up for sales.
• The base price is 1 ETH = 10,000 TPO.
• The private sales and ICO of TIPO will accept 50 top cryptocurrencies.
• Hardcap is 12.000ETH or equivalent.
• The Private Sales period will start from 9am (GMT+8) (Singaporean  Time) on the 5th of August 2018 until the 5th of September 2018. ( yet to  be Decided)
• Public Sales will be open afterward: 1 ETH = 10,000 TPO

TPO Vesting plan

To ensure TIPO’s team commitment, all tokens distributed to the team and advisors are subject to vesting. Vesting model ensures increased value and security for the token contributors. Vesting facilitates greater loyalty from the core team towards the project and ensures that TPO is not subject to market manipulation and provides stable market development for the TPO token. Vesting is a way for TIPO’s team to show the commitment and loyalty for the TIPO project.

TPO tokens for the team will be vested in 4 years as shown below:

• After 6 months: 10%
• After 1 year: 25%
• After 2 years: 25%
• After 3 years: 30%
• After 4 years: 10%
